2009 Dinner Auction Breaks Fundraising Record More than 500 guests joined host Lenny Wilkens, family, and friends in the Hyatt Regency Bellevue’s Grand Ballroom to raise a record-breaking amount for the Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic, which provides healthcare services and more to children in struggling families. At this year’s kickoff to the annual Lenny Wilkens Celebrity Classic Weekend, the crowd enjoyed an elegant meal capped with roof-raising progressive pop performances by rising national stars The EriAm Sisters and a high-energy auction. Master of Ceremonies Jesse Jones, KING-5 News investigative reporter by day, kept the evening moving with style and grace, and auctioneer Bob Watt drove bidding ever higher, assisted by KING-5 Weekend Morning News anchor Meg Coyle.
